Former Birmingham City Footballler Eniola ALUKO Said She was Looking Forward to Proving Her Libel Case Against Joey Barton in Court after a high court Ruling.
Ms Aluko, who now works as a pundit, is suction mr Barton for Libel over two posts he Made in January Last Year on Social Media Site X.
In one post, mr Barton, Who Played for Teams Including Newcastle United, Queens Park Rangers and Manchester City, Called MS ALUKO A “Race Card Player”, Whiche She Denies.

At a hearing in December, mr justice lavernder was Asked to Rule on Severral Preliminary Issues in The Case, Including the “Natural and Ordinary Meang” of the posts and while they are Inndos Made About Ms Aluko Being Dish Onest and Hypocritical.
In a Rull on Wednesday, The Judge Found the Post in Which Mr Barton Called Ms Aluko A “Race Card Player” haad a defamiatory meang.
He also found that which the other post did not have a defamiatory meang, it did have a defamiatory “Innuendo Meang”.

She Continued: “Joey Barton Has Rightly Never Indicated He Has Onsis on Which to Defend His Defamical Statements About Me.
“Should He Do So, I Look Forward to Proving My Case Against Him in Court.”
In a Separate Criminal Case, MR Barton is Account of Sending Grosly Offensive Communications to Ms Aluko With the Intent to Cause Distress or Anxiety Under the Malicious Communications Act.
The Charges Arise Out of A Series of Posts in January Last Year, in which he allegedly compared ms aluko and Fellow Pundit Lucy Ward to Serial Killers Fred and Rose West.
In a follow-up tweet, he allegedly compared ms aluko to Joseph Stalin and Pol Pot.
In his ruling, mr justice lavender said: “The Wider Dispute Between The Parties is Irrevant to the Issues Whiche I Have to Decide.”
A Further Hearing in the Libel Case Couelf Be held at a later date.
