Following an Investigation, The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office Approored Multiple Felony Charges Against the Two Males Invtuded. One of the Men, 19-Year-LED JOHN Kammrad, of Elgin, Was Charmed with Aggravated Battery, Great Bodily Harm, Agravated Battery in a public Place, Mob Action and More. He was Taken INTO COSTODY May 17, Police Said.
The other Male Invtud, a 16 year Old, Turned Hiself in May 16, Police Added.
