Arnold: Playing for Liverpool means everything, and I didn’t know this matter
Trent Alexander Arnold appeared in press statements after a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace, in the last round of the Premier League.
“I did not know what I expected from the fans today after what happened a few weeks ago, when I entered Anfield. I wanted to play for the club again. I said that to the coach, so I documented me to enter the stadium between the two halves.”
He added: “The reaction I received from the fans means everything to me. I have played hundreds of matches with the club. I never felt this amount of love and care as I feel it today. From the depths of my heart, I hope that the fans of this club can one day appreciate hard work and everything I presented to the team.”
He added, “There was no day or minute without thinking about the team. From the age of six to twenty -six now. Twenty years are very long.
He stressed: “I will remember these moments throughout my life, especially a day like this. It is the best day in my life. A very special day and a very special achievement for the team and the club.”
And about the meaning of playing for Liverpool for him: “Everything. As I said, I did my best.”
