Ahmed Samir, the assistant coach of the technical staff of the first football team in Zamalek Club, confirmed that the victory over Farco with two goals without a response in the last round of the Premier League is a positive step, stressing that the technical staff focuses primarily on developing performance and achieving the maximum technical benefit from each match.
The team coach said in his statements to the media center after the meeting: “We are working to build a clear form for the team, and the players have started implementing the instructions well, but we need some time in order for the team to appear in the ideal image that we aspire to.”
Ahmed Samir added: “We won for the second match in a row, which is positive that reflects the improvement of the level and the increase in confidence, and Zamalek has a distinguished group of senior players who are able to implement the ideas of the technical staff inside the stadium.”
He continued: “The performance of the players was good in the two halves, and there is a clear commitment and harmony that began to appear between the lines, which are important gains that we seek to build on in the next stage.”
On the team’s preparations for the Egypt Cup final against Pyramids, the team coach said: “We enter the final and we are well prepared, and there is a great focus from the technical staff and the players to achieve the championship and make our fans happy, which we are waiting for support as usual.”
Regarding the presence of Nasser Mansi in the list of today’s meeting, he said: “We preferred his presence despite his non -readiness by 100%, in the context of the agency’s endeavor to maintain a state of focus and balance within the team.”
Ahmed Samir concluded by saying: “We have achieved great technical gains, whether at the level of individual or collective performance, and players such as Shikabala, Fatouh, Donga, and Mohamed Hamdi, who performed a distinguished performance, and we not only looks at the result, but rather what is deeper than that; the team’s development, increased harmony, and achieving positives.”
