Why Nasser Mansi missed Farco?

Ahmed Samir, the assistant coach of the technical staff of Zamalek, revealed the reason for the absence of Nasser Mansi from facing Farco.

Zamalek concluded the Egyptian League competition today, Saturday, with a 2-0 victory over Farco at Cairo International Stadium.

The white team maintained the third place, as it raised its score to 47 points.

Despite the expectations of the appearance of Mansi today in light of his competition for the title of top scorer of the Egyptian League, the technical staff led by Ayman Ramadi did not involve him.

Zamalek’s top scorer has stopped at 11 goals, compared to 12 goals for the runner -up, Osama Faisal (Al -Ahly Bank), while Imam Ashour (Al -Ahly) settled the title with 13 goals.

Samir said on the official website of Zamalek after the match: “Nasser Mansi entered the list of the match, but we preferred not to participate because he was not ready by 100%.”

He added: “The victory over Farco is a positive step, and we focus primarily on developing performance and achieving the maximum technical benefit from each match.”

He continued: “We are also working to build a clear form for the team. The players have started implementing the instructions well.”

Samir continued: “The victory for the second consecutive match is positive, and we always confirm that Zamalek has a distinguished group of big players. The players’ performance was good today.”

And about the Egypt Cup final scheduled against Pyramids next Thursday, Samir said: “We are well ready, and we all focus on achieving the tournament and making our fans happy, which we are waiting for support as usual.”
