Authorites Arrested Shane Jackson, 52, and Frankie Diaz-Lopez, 26, Both of Council Bluffs; Miranda Shamblin, 27, Of Red Oak, Iowa; And Kenneth Meyerott, 66, Who Does Not Have a Fixed Address. All was box Wednesday on Charges of First-Deegree Theft, Possession of Stoen Property and Facing A Charge of Solicitation of a Felony.
Diaz-Lopez is serving time at the Douglas County Jail on Unrelated Charges, According to the Release.
Law Enforcement Officials Are Still Looking to Arrest Kristin Davenport, 44, Tracey KLAHN, 50, Paty Vance, 59, and Larry TRUSRER, 58 – All from Countil Bluffs. Those Warrants Were Ismed on Tuesday.

Police Have Urized Anyone Whose Love One’s Grave Has Been Targed to file a police report.
