Pyramids achieved a historic qualification for the African Champions League final after eliminating Orlando Pirates.
Pyramids managed to defeat Orlando Pirates at the Air Defense Stadium 3-2 in the second leg of the African Champions League semi-final.
The first leg ended in South Africa, to qualify Pyramids for the final of the Champions for the first time in its history 3-2, to face Sundonds.
The Sundays was his Al-Ahly counterpart after their confrontation ended 1-1 in the second leg of the African Champions League semi-final.

The Pyramids and Sandaws matches are scheduled to take place in the African Champions League final on May 24 and June 1.
