Stockroom is a £ 14.5m Project which theim to “Breathe New Life InTo The Heart of the Town Center”. It’s Located in Disused Retail Units in the Meceyway Centre.
As well as the Library and Cafe, Stockroom Will Have Creative Spaces, Historical Archives, and More.
There will also be places to host events such as points readings and live music, plus areas for children and ‘Cutting-Edge’ It FacilitIs.
Stockport Central Library Will Remain Open, But Main Provision Will Be Moving to Stockroom.
It means that center Library will in a lesser capacity. How is, it will reimain open to Provide Adults’ Eduction Services, WiFi and Computers, as well as a selection of other fitch and non-full books.
