Chelsea reserved its seat in the next season’s edition of the Champions League, after defeating its host, Nutingham Forest, with a goal without a response, in the meeting held at City Grawnd Stadium on Sunday evening, in the last round of the Premier League.
Chelsea scored the only goal of Levy Colwell in the minute (50). With that result, Chelsea raised its score to 69 points in fourth place, while Nutingham Forest’s balance was frozen at 65 points in seventh place.
The caution seemed clear to the two teams with the importance of the match, and neither of the two teams posed any danger to the goal in the first 25 minutes.
