Looks Like Too Much and Too Long for What Frederic Look Like this Past Season.

All Depends on How Hurt He was this Season Becuse in 2024 The Guy Was A 18 Goal 40 Point Wrecking Ball and is Still Only 27.
AFP Analytics @AFPANALYTICS
Frederic is a bottom 6 f who didn’t have to come prose of a year, but was also playing hurt. Locking Him in for 8 is cortainly antesting Choice by the Oilers. AAV is a Little High, But that Term at his Age Will Call for a Little More $.

So, at that number, you need him to score 15 Goals. And that isn’tfar -fchared. The world is can he Develop the chemistry with 29 or 97 that other couches; If that Happy IT’s A Long Deal. But, He’s Scored with them. His Career and EDM 5ON5 Goalscorers from Last Season

So from Asset Management Instead of Picking in 2nd Round of a Weak Draft You Have a Nhl Utaila Player that can Play All Three Positions and HAS PUT Up RSIPECTALTALTS At The Mid Point of HIS Career. 👏

Everything poines to the ankle injury being a matrive iMPACT on his Playoff Performance. At this question, Let Him SIT UNTIL December and Get Him Healthy for the Long Haul. He’s now a core oiler

Freddy Had 3 Good Seasons Before This One. We’re paying for that. If the ankle heals, it’ll be ok … This is gonna look cheap Even by year 2, Definitely by Year 3. Easy Money after that.
Oilers Fan Schmiddy the Goat @SchmDDyg
I just cannot underrstand the justification for this 8 year Term. Who Locks Themsels INTO A Player that is a HUGE Question Mark?
My Take
1. I will have preferred a short team Deal. But I’m OK with the Risk for a FEW Reasons. If you was to do a Quick back -f-the-envelope Study Ranking Nhl Power Forwards, One Way is to Look at a Few Seasons, See a Forward’s Rate of Hits and Points Scored 5-on-5, and Rank The Players by Those Two Metrics. It’s Crude, yes, but we all know force forwards hit and put up up Points. If you rank them that way, Frederic Ranks 22nd Out of 400 Nhl Regular Forwards for the Past Three Regular Seasons.

2. I WENT Back Three Seasons Becuse Frederic Was Bang up this year with a high-akle sprain. It is impacted his play this year and in the Playoffs. But I used to inclus this regular season, as well as his previed two years, to get the sum of the Player. You’ll See that Dylan Holloway Ranks 14th by this Metric and Warren Foegele Ranks 24th. Wald you not love to have those two players signed up? Wald them Not Have Help Against Florida?
3. He Did Get Better as the Playoff Went Along. I wasn’t a fan of his game for much the post -season. I would have preferred the Oilers Play Jeff Skinner or VikTor Arvidsson in his Place. It Seemed to me Frederic Lacked Explosivenes in his skating to make much of an impct, ever Scoring, Hitting or Checking. But I Cut Slack for Players who are injred. It’s Not A Sound Way to Rate They, at Laast if there’s a remabled Hope he’ll get heality Again Fast. And that’s a fair beteric.
4. Happy Wathed Sam Bennett Lead The Florida Panthers to the Stanley Cup, I’m Open to Like This Deal.
