The history and classic vehicles allance (HCVA) has been well today’s update to diver and vehicle Licensing Association (DVLA) Policy Changes, Whiche Aim To Bring Claarity for the Repair and Restoration of the UK’s Historic and Classic Vehicle Fleet.
